What is Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y)?
Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y) is a Payment service powered by Yahoo! Wallet. Yahoo! You can use the payment information registered in your JAPAN ID to pay for Item and other fees.

Cautions
Regarding Payment inconsistencies
If the Payment completed is performed by Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y) but does not Payment completed normally by merchant side (e.g., if we cannot confirm the normal response of the asynchronous notification in our system), we will notify you of the occurrence of a defective Payment by automatic e-mail. The contact email will be notified to the address you receive at the start of the service.
Regarding re-acquisition Authorization by our company
In the case of Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y), Payment that are more than 30 days old from the Authorization date have reacquired the Authorization at Settlement Processing time. Therefore, if the Payment for which the Authorization could not be obtained at the time of reacquisition, an error may occur during the subsequent Settlement finalization process. Be sure to perform the Settlement confirmation process before shipping or servicing. Please note that if a Settlement confirmation error occurs, the Settlement confirmation process itself will not be possible. If you are unable to process it, please consider responding to the end user by merchant.
Unauthorized Usage Investigations and Chargebacks
Due to a request from an end user that the Item is incomplete or unrecognizable, or due to suspicion of fraudulent use by a third party, the credit card company or PayPay may investigate fraudulent use and charge back (refusal to purchase receivables). If we are contacted by a credit card company or PayPay, we will promptly notify merchant of the situation, so please respond according to the contents of the communication. If the chargeback is confirmed, the Settlement amount will not be reimbursed and will be borne by merchant. For details, please refer to the explanation of important matters provided at the time of application and the Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y) Terms of Use.
Specifications
Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y) provides Yahoo! Wallet provided by LINE Yahoo Japan by incorporating it into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if Yahoo Japan makes changes to specifications or economic conditions, the specifications of the Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y) provided by LINE may also change accordingly.
Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Online Payment ASP Service carry out maintenance on an irregular basis. If there is a service interruption due to maintenance, we will notify you in advance and then suspend the service. As a rule, we will notify you at least one week in advance. However, this does not apply in the case of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of LINE Yahoo! Inc. or LINE Yahoo! Inc.'s affiliates, etc., other than our system, we will promptly notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will endeavor to notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
About EMV 3-D Secure for Wallet Payment Service (Type-Y)
If our comprehensive merchant wishes to use EMV 3-D secure at the time of purchase, it will be accepted at SBPS.
