Main Features
- All you need to do is authenticate your PayPal account and you can shop easily.
- Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and register your credit card/bank account when making a purchase to make Payment.
- The usage fees are exchanged for Japanese JPY before being paid to Merchants, removing the necessity for the burdensome foreign currency conversion.

Cautions
Restriction on sales Item
PayPal payments may not be able to be made for the following items
- Items that violate relevant laws and regulations or public order and morals (adult products, etc.)
- Sales of items not involving merchandise sales

About product name
In PayPal payment, when linking with PayPal systems, the "representative item name" is linked. At that time, please note that if the "Representative Detail Name" is empty, it will be displayed as "Purchased Item Price".
Payment Refunds
When a PayPal Refund is made, any Payment fees incurred for Payment will be returned along with Refund, but the transaction fee for Payment will not be refunded.
Unauthorized Usage Investigations and Chargebacks
PayPal may investigate fraudulent use and issue a chargeback (refusal to purchase credit) if an end user reports a defective Item or that they do not remember using the product, or if they suspect fraudulent use by a third party. If we receive contact from PayPal, we will promptly inform merchant of the situation, so please respond according to the contact information. If a chargeback is confirmed, the Settlement amount will not be subject to settlement and will be borne by merchant. For more information, please refer to the Important Information Explanation Document provided at the time of application.
A PayPal chargeback processing fee of 1,300 yen will be charged for each chargeback.
Specifications
PayPal payment are provided by incorporating the services provided by PayPal into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if PayPal makes any changes to its specifications or economic terms, the specifications of PayPal payment provided by our company may also change accordingly.
Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of PayPal or a PayPal partner other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to us, it may take some time to identify the cause.
About the Specified Commercial Transactions Act email address
Once you set your Specified Commercial Transactions Act email address at the time of application, it cannot be changed later, so if you wish to make changes, you will need to reapply.
