Service Overview

Mobile Suica payment is a payment methods provided by JR East Japan. You can use the E-money charged to your Mobile Suica card to pay for Item, etc.

The following methods of payment are available for end users:

Apply for Payment on a PC or a device that does not have Mobile Suica application installed, then launch Mobile Suica application from the email you receive and make the payment.

*1: For Refund, please request Refund from Admin portal / Payment management tool to us. We close every Wednesday (the next business day if it is a holiday) and carry out processing Refund Friday. However, please note that we may not be able to respond to Refund by the end of the month due to Refund circumstances.

About the app

Please note that due to the specifications of Mobile Suica application, if there are 100 Payment bills in the end user's environment, the app will not be able to accept any bills.
If you click the app launch link on a device that does not have Mobile Suica application installed, a download screen will be displayed on SoftBank and au devices, and an error screen will be displayed on Docomo devices.

Payment Refunds

For Refund, the "Suica Pocket" service is used. This is a service where the end user must explicitly receive the amount. In the unlikely event that the end user is unable to "receive" the Mobile Suica at "Suica Pocket" within Refund deadline, the amount will be returned to merchant as a "Refund" in the collection report from our company in the month following the month of Refund deadline, and we ask that merchant Refund the end user directly. Please note that top-ups using Suica Pocket must be made before the deadline displayed in the "Receipt Deadline" column on the "Suica Pocket List" screen on the Mobile Suica site or in other places designated by our company.
*The receipt deadline will be displayed on the Suica Pocket receipt screen.

Specifications

Mobile Suica payment is a service provided by JR East that is integrated into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if JR East makes any changes to specifications or economic conditions, the specifications of the Mobile Suica payment provided by our company may also change accordingly.

Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.

Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of JR East or its affiliates other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify our merchant as soon as we have identified the cause, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
