Cautions
Restrictions on businesses
The NP Atobarai is intended for product sales businesses It cannot be used for digital contents and services in principle.
* Some product sales businesses may not pass vetting for Merchants depending on the commodities to be sold.
Return of the result of payment functions
Because all the payment functions are carried out as batch processes, their process results are asynchronously returned.
Refund to end user
After the settlement process is complete, NP sends the bill to the end user. The end user makes the payment using the bill. The Merchant shall give a refund to the end user as necessary. However, no refund is required before the end user makes the payment.
The refund handling is as follows.

Billing and postage fee
252 JPY (excluding tax) of the billing and postage fee is charged for each transaction. However, the fee is not charged if the transaction is canceled on the date of settlement completion.
* No fee is charged for the reissuance of a bill.
Other fees
If an end user pays 50,000 JPY (total amount for no-tax commodities, and amount including tax for taxable commodities) or more at a convenience store as the amount to be collected, 200 JPY is separately charged as a revenue stamp fee. If an end user pays 50,000 JPY (total amount for no-tax commodities, and amount including tax for taxable commodities) or more at Japan Post Bank or a post office, 210 JPY (including tax) is separately charged as a Japan Post Bank fee.

Use the following delivery companies in principle to ship items. Note that the settlement process settings cannot be configured if a deliver company other than the following is used.

NP points
NP points, which are provided by NP, are granted when an end user uses this service.

Specifications
The NP Atobarai is provided by incorporating the service provided by NP into the Online Payment ASP Service provided by SBPS. Note that if NP makes a change to the specification or economic requirement, the specifications of the NP Atobarai Service provided by SBPS may also change.
Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
If the service is suspended due to maintenance or the failure of NP or its partner systems that are not SBPS systems, SBPS will promptly report it to Merchants as soon as we become aware of the situation and then find out the cause. Note that although SBPS will report to Merchants as soon as we find out the cause, it may take time to determine the cause if the problem is not attributable to us.

To use the NP Deferred Payment Service, the following text specified by NP is required to be properly shown on the screen on which the end user selects the NP Deferred Payment Service as the payment method.
