Epos Easy Payment is a payment methods provided by Epos Card. You can use the EPOS card registered in your Epos Net account to pay for Item, etc.

Main Features
- You can easily shop without entering your card number or expiration date, by simply authenticating your EPOS Net account.
(*When you change Credit card information, EPOS Card will update Credit card information linked to your EPOS Net account.)
- End users who do not have an Epos card can also apply for a new card on the service site of merchant and start using the card from the day of application. (Please contact the Epos Card Company's inquiry desk listed in the "Notes" section. We will provide you with information on setting up a new Epos card application desk.)
- You can use the points you have accumulated to shop at merchant service sites.

After applying for our service, please contact Epos Card Co., Ltd.
When doing so, please tell us the following information: the name of merchant, the name of the person in charge, the email address of the person in charge, and the phone number of the person in charge.
Epos Card will provide the following information to its merchant.
- Information regarding the establishment of Epos Card application counters
- Information on posting merchant on the web

Identifying Payment transactions
When contacting SBPS regarding Payment transactions, you will need the "EPOS Simple Payment Transaction ID." Please obtain the relevant ID from the end user before contacting us. If you are an end user and are unsure, please contact the EPOS Customer Center and ask them to confirm the relevant ID.
*The EPOS Customer Center inquiry contact information can be found on the back of your EPOS card.
Unauthorized Usage Investigations and Chargebacks
In cases where an end user reports a defective Item or a transaction that they do not remember, or where they suspect a third party has made a fraudulent use, Epos Card may investigate the fraudulent use and issue a chargeback (refusal to purchase the credit). If we receive a call from Epos Card, we will promptly notify merchant of the situation, so please follow the instructions. If a chargeback is confirmed, the Settlement amount will not be subject to settlement and will be borne by merchant. For more information, please refer to the Important Information Document provided at the time of application.
Please note that if you use credit card payment for additional payment methods, you may be contacted directly by your credit card company or an PSP company affiliated with Epos Card without going through us.
Specifications
EPOS Easy Payment is a service provided by EPOS Card Co., Ltd. that is integrated into Online Payment ASP Service. If EPOS Card Co., Ltd. makes any changes to its specifications or economic terms, please note that the specifications of EPOS Easy Payment provided by our company may also change accordingly.
Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made one week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of Epos Card Co., Ltd. or its affiliates, etc., other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
