WebMoney Payment is a payment methods provided by au Payment. You can use an Prepaid card issued by au Payment to pay for Item and other charges.

About WebMoney Shopping Protection Feature
WebMoney Payment are not compatible with the WebMoney shopping protection function. Please note that if you use the shopping protection function, it may not function properly.

Payment Refunds
Due to the connection specifications with WebMoney Payment system, if the notification of Payment result fails (including NG), rollback may not be possible and the charge may be incurred. In this case, please note that we will need to contact the end user and process Refund.

Specifications
WebMoney Payment provides services provided by au Payment by incorporating them into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that in the event of a change in the specifications or economic conditions of au Payment, the specifications of the WebMoney Payment provided by the Company may also change accordingly.

Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of au Payment or an au Payment partner other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
