NET CASH Payment is a payment methods provided by NTT Card Solutions. You can use the Prepaid card issued by NTT Card Solution to pay for Item and other charges.

Payment Refunds
Due to the connection specifications with the NET CASH Payment system, if the notification of Payment result fails (including NG), rollback may not be possible and the charge may be incurred. In this case, please note that we will need to contact the end user and process Refund.

Specifications
NET CASH Payment is provided by incorporating the services provided by NTT Card Solutions into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if NTT Card Solutions makes any changes to specifications or economic conditions, the specifications of the NET CASH Payment service provided by our company may also change accordingly.

Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of NTT Solutions or NTT Solutions' affiliates other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
