BitCash payment is a payment method provided by BitCash. You can pay for products and other items using a prepaid card issued by BitCash.

Payment Refunds
Due to the connection specifications with the BitCash Payment system, if the notification of Payment result fails (including NG), rollback may not be possible and the charge may be incurred. In this case, please note that we will need to contact the end user and process Refund.

About canceling BitCash
In the event that any of the following applies, we will terminate the contract with prior notice from the Company in accordance with the provisions of BitCash. After cancellation, you will not be able to use BitCash.

  • If you have not used Payment for 2 years after applying for BitCash
  • If you haven't used Payment in 2 years since your last use

Specifications
BitCash Payment provides the services provided by BitCash by incorporating them into Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if BitCash changes the specifications or economic conditions, the specifications of BitCash Payment provided by the Company may also change accordingly.

Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of BitCash or BitCash affiliates, etc., other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not due to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
