Payment deadline
When using Alipay+, there is a 10 minute time limit from the time Transition to the Alipay+ screen. If Payment is not completed, Payment will be closed due to a timeout.

The notation on the payment methods selection screen provided by our company will be [Alipay+] and each sub-brand will not be displayed.
In order for end users to know if the sub-brands they have an account with are available, we recommend that you prepare a payment methods selection screen in merchant side and display each available sub-brand in conjunction with [Alipay+].
Payment Refunds
- Refund destination
The money is refunded through the payment method selected by the end user upon the payment.
(For example, if Payment with a debit card linked to your account, Refund will be made to your debit card.) - Exchange rate for refunds
The Payment amount will Refund regardless of fluctuations in exchange rates.
Investigation of unauthorized use
Alipay+ Core Operator may launch an investigation into fraudulent use if an end user reports a defective Item or a transaction they do not remember, or if there is suspicion of fraudulent use by a third party. If we receive contact from Alipay+ Core Operator, we will notify merchant of the situation as necessary.
KYC Investigation
We will carry out ongoing Authorization on merchant in accordance with Alipay+ Core Operator's KYC rules. Depending on the results, you may be required to provide additional information to Alipay+ Core Operator, or Alipay+ may be temporarily unavailable. If we receive contact from Alipay+ Core Operator, we will inform merchant of the situation as necessary.
Foreign exchange risk
The received money (JPY) of the properly completed payments is paid on the basis of the specified amount (JPY) at the time of the purchase request regardless of the foreign exchange fluctuation. Merchants do not need to calculate foreign exchange gains and losses.
Specifications
Alipay+ provides services provided by Alipay+ Core Operator by incorporating them into our Online Payment ASP Service. Please note that if Alipay+ Core Operator makes any changes to specifications or economic terms, the specifications of the Service provided by our Company may also change accordingly.
Prohibited Products
The Alipay+ Core Operator determines the products that are prohibited from being handled on Alipay+, and may review and update them on an irregular basis.
As a result, products that you have been able to handle up until now may now be prohibited from being sold. Please be aware of this.
Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Maintenance of the Online Payment ASP Service is performed on an irregular basis. Any service suspension due to maintenance will be notified in advance. As a rule, such a notification is made 1 week before the suspension. However, this may not be the case in the event of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of the Alipay+ Core Operator or an Alipay+ Core Operator partner other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
